TOWN OF STAMFORD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ON PROPOSED DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) Board of the Town of Stamford, adopted July 27, 2011, the said Town Committee will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall, 101 Maple Avenue, Hobart, NY 13788 on the 31st day of August, 2011 at 7 o'clock PM., eastern standard time, to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the adoption of the proposed draft of the Town Comprehensive Plan.
Further information, including access to a copy of said draft of the plan, may be obtained at the Stamford Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall, 101 Maple Avenue, Hobart, NY 13788. In addition, a copy of the draft plan can be found at the Stamford Town's website:
